What You'll Learn

The course requires about an hour a week to digest lesson material. There is a selection of video, downloadable audio and PDFs to satisfy all learning styles, and Kathy answers questions below the lessons. In addition, the higher tiers also include live video, a Facebook community (Insider and Private coaching), and private coaching calls with Kathy (Private coaching only). The lessons are presented in bite-sized pieces, and time-released to make sure you digest each one. Each module is approximately 2 weeks long. The material teaches proven sport psychology and mental management tools.

How to have more confidence, avoid the roller coaster of self-doubt, and debunk the  myths of confidence.

Focus, the ultimate secret weapon. Learn about the different types of focus, how to shift between them, when to use them, and how they impact your connection to your dog, or anything you are doing.

Module 5

Develop mental toughness, the true spirit of a champion. Learn how to overcome negativity and adversity and use it to thrive.

Module 6

Get In The Zone. How to find the sweet spot where you perform your best.
