I'm Kathy Keats

My career in elite sport as a competitor and coach has spanned over four decades, representing Canada on the world stage in three separate sports, winning world and national championships along the way.

Certainly, my ability to show up and do the work was a huge component of all my success.

Unfortunately, most people don't truly understand how important their day-to-day habits are, how to build good habits, how to maintain them, and how to keep their big goals front and centre.
